The 3A-A32V EMCV PI4KA escape mutant is cross-resistant to AG1478. HeLa cells were infected with virus at an MOI of 1 for 30 min. After removal of the inoculum, fresh (compound-containing) medium was added to the cells. After 8 h, cells were lysed to determine the intracellular Renilla luciferase activity as a measure of viral RNA replication. Shown are mean values ± SEM.
