11-Dehydrosinulariolide enhanced the SCI-induced activation of cell survival-related signaling proteins, Akt and ERK. The rats were sacrificed 8 h after SCI, and their spinal cords were harvested to perform immunoblotting (A–C) and immunohistochemistry (D–F). 11-Dehydrosinulariolide (i.t.) significantly enhanced the SCI-induced activation of neuronal Akt, ERK, and CREB.
