Nrf2-activators dose-dependently increase antioxidant protein expression in mature primary rat OLs. HO-1, NQO-1 and p62 protein expression levels after 24 h treatment in mature primary rat OLs, differentiated for 7 days, with 5 µM SFN, 90 µM MMF,30 µg/mL Protandim or their respective DMSO or EtOH vehicle control.
