Schematic representation of MET targeting optical imaging in vivo; Dual channel optical imaging systems (with white light anatomic reporting and near infrared fluorescent molecular reporting), following the systemic injection of MET targeting probe, could help in detection of MET overexpressing liver cancers during endoscopy, increasing the accuracy of biopsy results during intra-operative image-guided biopsies, and demarcation of neoplastic tissues with intra-operative image-guided tumor resections.
