Responsiveness to retinoic acid (Green) in embryonic stages 30 (AC) 35 (D) and 37 (E) of double transgenic embryos (12XRARE-ef1::gfp::Vasa::H2B::mCherry). Germ cells, vasa positive (Red), at the gonad level. Responsiveness in the germ cells is apparent at stage 30 and switches to the nephric duct at later stages.
