Expression of miR-145 was decreased in the differential NSCs induced by BMP2. To induce the differentiation of NSCs into DA neurons, BMP2 were used to treat NSCs with different concentration (0, 0.1, 1, 10, 20, 100 ng/ml) for two weeks. A. The differentiation rate and neurite lengths of TH+ and DAT+ neurons were detected by immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry; B. The miR-145 level in these differential NSCs; C.
