Validation of RNA-seq results using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The relative abundance of each gene is presented as the ratio of YC13-559 and YC13-554 lines. B. napus actin was used as an internal control for normalization. The normalized expression (2^-ΔCT) in YC13-559 sample was divided by the normalized expression in YC13-554 and log2 transformed. The data represent the mean values ± SD of three replicates.
