Protective effect of 3-O-methyl quercetin and kaempferol isolated from S. anacardium against H2O2 induced cytotoxicity. Proposed structures of isolated 3-O-methyl quercetin (a) and kaempferol (b). The cytotoxic effect was determined by MTT assay and the results were expressed in-terms of viability as percent control. Each value represents mean ± SE of three independent experiments (n = 3). The values were significant at p < 0.05
