Actuating the checkpoint signaled by Bub2p was simulated by increasing the bub2 variable to a fixed value of 1 and lowering the lte1 variable to a fixed value of 0.1, while CDC20 overexpression was simulated by increasing the basal synthesis rate of CDC20 from 0.006 to 1 dimensionless unit, with the normal period being 90 min.
