(A) Annexin V/PI staining followed by FACS analysis showed that miR-520g overexpression in A2780 cisplatin resistant (A2780RC) and sensitive (A2780SC) cells increased chemoresistance to cisplatin and inhibited apoptosis (*p < 0.05).
