Note: Human colorectal cancer cells SW480 and HCT116 were transfected with PRSS8 expression plasmids. 48 hours after transfection, the cells were collected for cell cycle analysis. The results showed that increased expression of PRSS8 caused cell cycle arrest in G1/G2 phases, compared to the cells with transfection of empty vector, assayed by flow cytometry. (*p<0.05).
