Cabazitaxel promotes cell death and induce A549 cells cycle arrest at G₂/M phase. (A) A549 cells were incubated with various concentrations of cabazitaxel for various durations, and cell death was determined by trypan blue dye exclusion assay. (B) A549 cells were synchronized overnight, and were then incubated with various concentrations of cabazitaxel for 24 h. The cells were harvested and stained with propidium iodide, and were subjected to cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry.
