Case 6: a 64-year-old woman with locally advanced ER/PR(–), HER 2(+) infiltrating, ductal carcinoma, treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy with docetaxel, carboplatin and trastuzumab, subsequent mastectomy and adjuvant trastuzumab.
