Note the abnormal nuclear morphology of LacZ-positive cells without Grp94 staining. (c) Electron micrographs of spinal cord motor neurons in 5-week-old NF-YA v-cko (flox/flox, VA-cre) or Cont (flox/+) mice. Lower panels are enlarged images of upper ones.
