(C) The expression of γ-H2AX and the total H2AX in hippocampal tissue was detected using Western blotting assay in CUMS-exposed mice and their controls treated with fluoxetine or vehicle. (D) The increased γ-H2AX expression was effectively prevented following fluoxetine treatment (n = 6 samples for each group).
