BALB/c mice were infected with 1.5x10⁶ P. brasiliensis (Pb18) yeast cells and treated with an isotype control Ab or anti-Ly6G mAb at 4 weeks post-challenge and analyzed at 12 weeks post-infection. Chemokines levels from lungs of mice were assessed by Luminex 200 system as described in the Materials and Methods section.
