(A and B) Rats fed with 5 mL/kg of vehicle (10% Tween 20). (C and D) Rats fed with 2 g/kg (5 mL/kg) of V. pubescens extract. (E and F) Rats fed with 5 g/kg (5 mL/kg) of V. pubescens extract. There were 6 rats in each group of experiment. No significant changes were observed between the treated and vehicle control groups (Hematoxylin and Eosin stain).
