(A and B) CD133+ and CD33− ACC-M cells were subcutaneously injected into nude mice. Individual tumor volume was measured at the 7th week after injection and growth curve of xenograft tumors was shown. (C and D) Western blot and RT-PCR analysis of the protein and mRNA levels of VE-cadherin, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in CD133+, CD33− and control group. ß-actin was used as the loading control in Western blot. GAPDH was regarded as the housekeeping gene for RT-PCR. Error bars represent the mean ± SD of triplicate experiments (*P < 0.05).
