Individual tumor volume was measured at the 7th week after injection and growth curve of xenograft tumors was shown. (C and D) Western blot and RT-PCR analysis of the protein and mRNA levels of VE-cadherin, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in CD133+, CD33− and control group. ß-actin was used as the loading control in Western blot.
