Effect of epigenetic inhibitors and chemotherapeutics on prostate cancer and kidney cytotoxicity. Cells were treated with 5-Aza (A), TSA (B), docetaxel (C) or CFZ (D) for 48 hr and cytotoxicity was assessed using MTT staining.
