Codon usage for all four Pro possibilities is shown for the two Gly encodings that can be D region-encoded, GGA and GGG. The number of clonotypes using the encoding listed in the left column is divided based on CDR3 length and CDR3 position. Codon encoding for possible P-nucleotide encoding is darker. All other PG encodings are summarized on the bottom row of each panel. The codon usage data is further divided by NDN start. Frequency is displayed by both number and shading.
