To elucidate the distribution of the NtPPME1 antigens in GDSV, which is distinct from OsSCAMP1 antigen in the TGN, photographs of GDSV with distinguishable TGN, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and MVB were taken and the number of gold particles were counted for each individual organelle.
