Nine-day-old seedlings of ABA biosynthesis mutants aba2-1 and aba3-1, and ABA-insensitive mutants abi1-1 and abi2-1, incubated in H₂O with 200 mm NaCl for 6 h or 20 μm ABA for 3 h.
