Reproducibility of high-throughput MERFISH measurements. (B–F) As in A but for five additional MERFISH measurements. The strong correlation between these values shows the high reproducibility of MERFISH measurements. The number of segmented cells and the total imaged area are also listed for replicates 2–7. The number of segmented cells and the total imaged area for replicate 1 is described in the main text.
