Localization of Golgi-resident proteins. (A) Localization of Golgi marker proteins with the cis-Golgi-resident marker Mnn9–mCherry. Wild-type cells expressing GFP-tagged Sed5 (cis), Gnt1 (medial), Sys1 (trans) and Sec7 (trans) with Mnn9–mCherry were grown to a mid-logarithmic phase in synthetic medium at 30°C and observed by 3D confocal fluorescence microscopy.
