The stratified layer thickness in stratified structure equals toInline graphic; e.g. in the stratified structure with the plasmonic layer thickness of 70 nm and Inline graphic = 20 nm, the spacer layer thickness is Inline graphic = 30 nm. The plasmonic layer thickness in single layer sample equals to dm. The errors on fitting parameters in steady state efficiency of SP-NRET are estimated to be approximately 8%.
