(A) Hour-by-hour analysis of overall adenoma detection along with male and female adenoma detection rates (ADR). Overall, the time of the day was an independent predictor of adenoma detection (P=0.002). (B) Male and female ADR in morning (AM) and afternoon (AM) colonoscopies. Females had a significant decrease (37%) in ADR in PM colonoscopies (OR 0.63, 95% CI 0.44-0.91, P=0.015) while the decrease in ADR for males in PM (16%) was statistically non-significant (OR 0.84, 95% CI 0.62-1.15, P=0.28).
