C3H/HeN mice challenged with a lethal dose of RA trypomastigotes were treated by intramuscular route with 2 doses of 100 µg of a naked (n) plasmid encoding the Cz gene (nCz) or the GM-CSF gene (nGM-CSF), or both plasmids simultaneously (nCz+nGM−CSF).
