This figure shows the overview of our method. Individuals are separated into three groups based on their diagnosis and separate models are applied to each group. Additionally, to explore the predictive power of new genetic information, genetic features are extracted from SNP data as the input of the integrative model to predict the development of MMSE for MCI individuals.
