FM = Maximum fluorescence intensity
FV = (FM – F0), variable fluorescence from a dark adapted leaf
FV/FM = Maximum quantum efficiency of PSII photochemistry.
tFM = Time to reach FM, in ms
VK = (FK – F0) / (FM – F0), relative variable fluorescence at 400 μs
