Effect of Ho FrIII (a) and Ho FrIV (b), indomethacin on the latency period to thermal stimuli (hot-plate) induced in male Wistar rats. Animal received indomethacin (5 mg/kg, s.c.). Saline, Ho FrIII or Ho FrIV (2.5, 5 or 10 mg/kg) was injected intravenous.
