Denaturant-dependency of lactic dehydrogenase activity. Model 1 of denaturant effects on enzyme activity (Eqs. 4–6) was fitted to the acquired activity data, yielding $\Delta G_{\text{fold}}^0$ and m_fold values of 13.7 kJ mol⁻¹ and 7.2 kJ mol⁻¹ M⁻¹, respectively. In model 1, the activity is scaled only with the fraction folded enzyme.
