ATP binding affinities of Adk in 1 and 2 M urea. 1H-15N HSQC spectra were acquired for Adk at increasing ATP concentrations in 1 and 2 M urea (blue and red, respectively). The Kd values obtained were 61 ± 10 and 365 ± 40 μM, respectively. The compounded chemical shift changes were calculated from (∣ΔωH∣+∣ΔωN 0.2). The solid lines indicate fitted binding isotherms.
