OsIFL-GFP fusion protein was transiently expressed in onion epidermal peel cells and visualized using a laser scanning confocal microscope. (a) OsIFL-GFP localization using confocal microscopy in onion peel epidermal cells reveals it to be forming an intracellular fibrillar network in the cytoplasm.
