The electrode area was varied between 2 mm2, 6.5 mm2 and 10.5 mm2. (a) Impedance as a function of frequency between 1 Hz and 1 MHz. The inset shows the corresponding phase angle. (b) Extracted equivalent parallel capacitance, Cp. (c) Extracted dielectric loss, Gp. The peak in the dielectric loss corresponds to the Maxwell-Wagner relaxation frequency. The solid lines are fits derived by fitting the impedance using Eqs [3 and 4]. The equivalent circuit is presented in the inset of Fig. 2a.
