Effects of K+ channel blockers on the relaxation induced by jabuticaba hydroalcoholic extract (JHE) in isolated arteries pre-contracted with phenylephrine (0.1 µM) in the absence or presence (20 min) of the blockers tetraethyl-ammonium (TEA, 1 mM), glibenclamide (Glib, 3 µM), clotrimazole (5 µM) and 4-aminopyridine (4-AP, 1 mM).
