Thirty-two F1 mice were examined by PCR. As the results indicated, No. F1-3, No. F1-6, No. F1-8, No. F1-11, No. F1-12, No. F1-19, No. F1-22, No. F1-23, No. F1-27, No. F1-28, and No. F1-29 were transgenic mice, while the others did not carry the transgene.
