The Rtt107 interactome and functions. As described in the text, Rtt107 uses its BRCT5-6 to interact with γH2A for targeting at DNA breaks and regions behind replication forks. The Rtt107 N-terminal region containing BRCT1-4 interact with 3 different complexes as depicted. The main functions conferred by each of the interactions are indicated.
