A. NCI-H508 and DiFi cells were grown to a density of 1 × 10⁴ cells/well in 96-well microtiter plates and treated with indicated adenoviruses in doses varying from 10⁷ to 10⁹ vp. After 72 h, an MTT assay was performed to quantify cell viability. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM. Statistical analysis was performed by Student's t test (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001). Data are based on three independent experiments. B. DiFi and NCI-H508 cells were treated with AdC68-CTB or Hu5-CTB for 3 days, and whole-cell lysates were analyzed by Western blot.
