Direct DNP enhancement of uniformly [13C,15N]-labeled ubiquitin mutant F4C with and without added glycerol using site-directed spin labeling with Gd-DOTA-M tags at 9.4 T. The field was optimized for Gd3+ 13C SE resulting in negative signal enhancement. Read-out was performed via Bloch decay with 4 s polarization delay. Asterisks mark signals from silicone plugs.
