13-Methyl-palmatrubine induces apoptosis in the A549 cell line. A549 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of 13-methyl-palmatrubine or combined with EGF for 48 h, and then the cells were assessed using Annexin V/PI flow cytometric assay.
