Effect of PGE2 on cAMP. Macrophages were pre‐incubated (30 min) with or without indomethacin (indo; 1 μM) and then with or without PGE2 (1 μM) for a further 30 min. After this treatment, the cells were solubilized and total cell cAMP levels measured.
