Tumor levels of glycolytic enzymes and OXPHOS in H1975 and H1993 xenografts. Surgically removed H1975 and H1993 tumors were homogenized and tested for levels of key glycolytic proteins (a) and subunits of mitochondrial complexes (b) by western blot analysis in response to each treatment. The bands were quantified by morphodensitometric analysis using ImageJ software.
