At 17 h in embryonic development, dMP2 and vMP2 neurons are highly similar. In two biological replicates, only 7 out of 2631 transcripts show changes in expression levels of more than 1.4 fold up or down, have a high spot quality of 8 or more and a p-value below 0.05. Log2FC: Logarithmic base 2 Fold Change in expression levels.
