The black spectra in the top row were collected from the mouse shown in Figure 2 (injected with RGD-IRDye800CW), whereas the red spectra in the bottom row were collected from the mouse shown in Supplemental Figure 1 (injected with IRDye800CW). NIR spectrum plots were collected from the primary tumors (A). NIR spectrum plots were collected from the mylohyoid muscle following removal of primary tumors (beyond the primary tumor margin/border), representing the presence of residual infiltrating tumors beyond the tumor boundary (B). The plots were obtained from the involved lymph node with tumor cells (C). The plots were collected from the lungs with metastases (D).
