Figure 1. — In vitro effect of anti-Her2 antibodies and F(ab’)₂ on the proliferation of HER2+ tumors. Proliferation inhibition of the trastuzumab-sensitive BT-474 cell line (a,b) and the trastuzumab-resistant cell line JIMT-1 (c) was measured by an MTT-based colorimetric assay. All measured points are average ± SD of triplicates from ≥3 independent experiments normalized to untreated control. Half maximal effective inhibitory concentration (EC₅₀) was calculated from the fitted dose-response curves.
