HepG2 cells were cultured for 6 h with 50μM Amitriptyline (Amit) in the presence of CoQ, Vitamin E, BHA or NAC. A. Mitochondrial membrane potential was analyzed at 6 h by flow cytometry using MitoTracker Red.
