Quantitative characteristics of CD4⁺CD25^highFOXP3⁺ Tregs after in vitro treatment with IL-33 in DM1 patients and control group. PBMCs from 16 patients with type 1 diabetes and 8 healthy individuals were stimulated as described in Material and Methods and stained with specific antibodies against Treg associated molecules. During the cytometric analysis, the frequency of CD4⁺CD25^highFOXP3⁺ was determined. Data were calculated with the nonparametric Wilcoxon test. Horizontal lines represent the mean frequency of cells.
