Scale bars = 200 μm. (c) Expression of angiogenesis-associated factors (VCAM-1, SDF-1 and IGF-1) during EC differentiation under hypoxia and normoxia. Hypoxia generally improved these angiogenic factors. (d,e) Flow cytometry analysis was performed to compare the positive rate of induced ECs (CD34+CD31+KDR+) and each single endothelial marker between hypoxic and normoxic conditions.
