Data are means ± SE of n = 3 technical replicates (n = 2 for IF+DH) (step 10 in Table 1). IC50 values against superoxide-H2O2 production from site IQ are means ± SE, n = 3 (n = 5 for S1QEL1.1 and S1QEL2.1).
