(A) Effects of SAR218645 on amphetamine-induced LI disruption. Data represent mean (+SEM) suppression ratio after tone onset of the pre-exposed (PE; white bars) and non pre-exposed (NPE; black bars) mice treated with amphetamine at 2 mg/kg ip or vehicle, and pretreated with either SAR218645 at doses of 0.1, 1, or 10 mg/kg po, haloperidol at 0.3 mg/kg po or vehicle.
